Welcome to Lynsey Hart Wellbeing.

Based in leafy Surrey on outskirts of SW London, I am here to provide you with the tools to support your wellbeing from pre to postnatal.

After spending 17 years supporting families with chronically ill children, I became a Mum, trained as an infant massage and yoga instructor, quickly followed by yoga teacher training and pre and postnatal specialist yoga teacher training. I have a wonderful network of inspiring practitioners locally to ensure that whatever support you need you’ll be in a great hands. Afterall, we can’t do any of it alone!

Our wellbeing is personal, there is no one size fits all and that’s where I come in.

My belief is that there can be space for it all, but that we often struggle to find that sweet spot, that balance that we can really thrive in. We look for comfort, devaluing the experiences and feelings that create unease. We set goals and keep pushing, and inevitably burnout.

As Mothers we are especially aware of this. I offer a gentle, strip back and rebuild approach, utilising a 3 step method to find the tools and techniques that fit your rhythm. From guided meditation and to breathwork, to yoga, to creating mindful daily habits.

1:1 sessions can be held in person or via zoom if you are a little further a field.
