When you secure your booking with payment in full you understand that:

The full amount is payable at the time of booking. All booking forms are to be completed by the parent/s or attendees.

No less than 48 hours notice will be given for any cancellation. Should less than 48 hours notice be given there is a strict no refund policy.

In the event that Lynsey Hart Wellbeing cancel a class a full refund will be given.

Failure to attend a session, whether 1:1 or block booking will result in a lost session.

Photos - Photos may be taken during the session, and are used for marketing and advertising only. No recognisable images of children’s faces shall be used for advertising or marketing of any kind by Lynsey Hart Wellbeing.
